BREAKFAST: 7 euros per person  (not included in the room rate)

You may ask for it at the reception desk (breakfast buffet)

Excluded charges: Government Tax  ---  0.50 € × 1 room × Χ nights

All above prices are in euro (€) and include all taxes.

Notes:

• Superior Double rooms have two single beds and a sofa that converts into a comfortable single bed.
• Children up to 3 years old: free
• Child’s crib: free (after contacting with Hotel)

Prepayment Policy

In order to confirm your reservation at Nikos House, it is necessary that you prepay the amount corresponding to one night bookings.

Note: Banking transfer costs is charged to the customer.

Cancellation Policy

This is a last minute booking. Last minute bookings can ONLY be modified or cancelled via direct communication with the reservation department. Please, check our late cancellation policy below in case you'd like to cancel the booking at a later stage.

Late Cancellation Penalty

Cancellation:

• If cancelled 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later, or in case of no-show the amount corresponding to one night bookings will be charged.
