Thank you for choosing NIKOS HOUSE as your holiday destination.
We would like to inform you that the facilities and Nikos House services are addressed exclusively to guests who reside in it.
On the following pages, you will find – in alphabetical order – information about the hotel and its services, which will help you to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
- AIR CONDITIONING – HEATING
All rooms have an individual Air Conditioning and Heating system. Please make sure that your balcony doors are closed properly, otherwise the device will not work.
- BEACH & POOL TOWE
Due to hygienic reasons, you are not allowed to use the white towels outside of your room. We kindly ask you to think first about the serious burden to the environment that is caused by the laundry of the towels and to reuse them by drying the towels on the drying rack of your balcony! Please address your rooms’ maid in case you want the towels changed.
- BIOLOGICAL SEWAGE SYSTEM
Nikos House has a biological sewage system. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to put any toilet paper down in the toilet, please put it in the bin.
- BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10.30. Breakfast is available in the room
- CREDIT CARDS
At the front desk, we accept Credit Cards to pay your account
- CURRENT
The current is 220 VOLT. Please insert your key card into the box for electricity.
- DEPARTURE
Please check out of your room on the day of your departure latest 11:00.
- DO NOT DISTURB
If you do not wish to be disturbed by anybody in your room, please leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside of your room on the door knob.

- INTERNET
Internet access is available everywhere in the building via WIFI / WLAN. Just scan with your computer or smart phone for Nikos House HOT SPOT to connect to our network, this service is free of charge. Please note that the IP and DNS have to be obtain
- LOST & FOUND
If you have lost something, please contact the front desk. The hotel takes no responsibility for missing valuables from the rooms or its public areas.
- PARKING
You may park your car on the public area outside of the hotel. Keep your car always locked and do not leave any valuable things in it. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damages and losses.
- PETS
It is not allowed to keep pets of any size in the rooms.
- REPAIRS
If repairs in your room are necessary, please contact the front desk. Any damage will be usually fixed within the same day. We thank you for your understanding that due to extraordinary technical problems there might be a delay in the repair.
- ROOM SERVICE
Room Service is available from 8.00 to 20.00
- SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
There is a safety deposit box in your room’s closet.
The use of the safety deposit box in your room is free of charge.
- SMOKING
Smoking is forbidden in all closed areas and in your rooms.
- TAXI
You can order a taxi through the front desk or call Radio-Taxi 2373025060. Please ask the driver about the price before you enter the cab.
- TELEVISION
Every room is equipped with a TV. Please set the volume on a level that does not disturb anybody near your room.
- TIME OF REST
Please take care that you do not disturb anybody during the general resting times between 15:00 and 18:00 and between 24:00 and 07:00 o’clock.
- TOWELS
Can you imagine how many towels are unnecessarily washed every day and the great amount of washing powder needed which thereby pollutes our water? Please decide: towels thrown into the shower means: “PLEASE CHANGE”. Towels hung on the towel rail means: “I’LL USE IT AGAIN – FOR THE SAKE OF OUR ENVIRONMENT”. Please notice that it is not allowed to use these towels outside of your room. The guest is charged with any damage or loss.
- WATER
We advise you to drink only bottled water.
- BABY COTS
Baby Cots are providing after request.
